Mountain Xtra, originally know as morzine xtra was set up in 2006 to offer locals from Morzine, Les Gets and the surrounding areas discounts and reductions for local services.

Today however mountain xtra concentrates onproviding chalet servives and property management mountainxtra is a trading name owned by Mountain Xtra Limited. When providing property management services in France Mountain Xtra also works in partnership with French registered company "M X Property Management".

We have been looking after and managing chalets in Morzine, Les Gets, St Jean d'Aulps and the French Alps for the last five and half years and before that we have a long history of successfull property management in the UK.

Director spent his “pre France years” working in London and the South East within the areas of property development, sales, marketing & management. The level of excellence that clients in London and the UK expected of them, are now brought to you in France.

Mountain Xtra aims to take the stress out of managing your property from abroad to ensure that your French home is a successful foreign investment. For property management we offer two simple services: "pay as you go" or "full management" both with simple straight forward fee structures. Plus if a situation should arise we can deal with it through our established network of local trades professionals within the French & English communities.
