Useful Pre-Arrival Information

Your Holiday Property

Hi and welcome. The holiday property that you are staying in is looked after and serviced by Mountain Xtra Property Management. Your in resort point of contact is Dominic who in case of emergency can be contacted on: +33 6 47 39 35 90. Normal office hours are 9am to 5pm but in a serious emergency please still use this number out of hours.

Arrival Times
Unless the property owner or booking company has stated otherwise entry to your property is normally after 4pm on your day of arrival.

Departure Times
On your day of departure we normally ask that the property be vacated by 10am so that our cleaners can get in and do a change over clean before the next group of guests arrive. We kindly request that you strip the used linen off the beds and leave the property relatively tidy.

Meet + Greet

If you are going to be met at the property on arrival with a key please can you email your expected resort arrival time to us, don't forget to include your property name and dates. On your day of arrival please give us a quick call on +33 6 47 39 35 90 when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the property so that we are there to meet you when you arrive.

No Meet + Greet

If you are not going to met on arrival then the property owner or booking agent will already have provided you with a key or entry instructions please make sure you print out any special instructions plus take the above number with you so that you have a resort contact should you have any major problems.

Cleaning

You property will be clean when you arrive and cleanedagain for you after your departure. You can also order extra mid week or daily cleans please contact us in advance to request this service. Please leave the property in a tidy and respectful state. N.B. In very extreme circumstances if a property is left in a very untidy and it takes our cleaners significantly longer than usual to clean then some property owners may decide to deduct the charges for the extra time taken from your security deposit.

Please Note

Holiday properties are normally no smoking inside.

Breakages

We know that accidents and breakages can happen and we make allowances for this. We kindly request that you just let us or the owner know of any breakages so that we can replace items for next season. If a larger item such as a TV or dishwasher is broken or damaged during your stay we request that you let Dominic know about it prior to your departure so that we can arrange repair or replacement before the next guests arrive.

We love feedback and want to know your thoughts so that we can improve our service please e-mail us or the property owner if there are any improvements or extras that you think the holiday property could do with to make future customers holidays better.
