We have staff available in the resort throughout the whole year so should you or your guests or any suppliers ever need access to your property, even short notice we are always here to help.

We can also do call outs to your property should you or your guests ever need someone to visit for any reason.

Mountain xtra chalet management offers both a key collection and a meet and greet service for your guests. They can either stop by our offices at on their way to your property or we can meet them at your property at the time of their arrival, which also means that we can show them round and explain how everything works and run through any chalet rules that you may have plus inform them about the local area.

KEY HOLDING ONLY: Some of clients do not always require the use of our full range of cleaning or property management services instead they only wish for a set of their keys to be left in resort with a reliable trustworthy property management company just in case they should ever need someone to gain access to their property at very short notice or require a company to do a one off call out.
