We will personally meet your holiday guests at your apartment or chalet with a key as and when they arrive by coordinating with them on their day of arrival. We will show them around the entire property explaining how everything works and running through any rules that you may have. We will also sit them down with a piste map and a town map if they have not been to the resort before and run through all the main important areas and answer any other questions that arise.

However good your directions are there are always some guests that get completely lost in or near the resort. Luckily mountain xtra property management offers a lost guest follow me service where when available we can send out one of our staff in a car to find them and then lead them to your property.

If you prefer an alternative to our meet and greet service is our guest key collection service. Your guests can simply pick up the keys to the holiday property from our offices located at our chalet in Morzine. Most transfer companies are willing to let guests pick up keys then drop them at their final destination at no extra cost (but do check before or at point of booking).
