CHALET TACOT 2011/12 WINTER SEASON
The chalet is located in an amazing sunny position in Morzine. Tacot looks down onto Dixie's, Rhodo's and Bar Robinson. The large Carrefour supermarket is only a few minutes walk on from the bars.
There is a free bus that passes the chalet, to take you directly to Prodain for access to Avoriaz, Chatel and into Switzerland. If you get on the bus in the other direction you will shortly get to town centre and the Morzine - Les Gets ski lifts.
The chalet has been used for many years for seasonaires and it set up ideally for winter rentals. There is a large open log fire and free standing log heater in the lounge (logs provided) The large kitchen and separate lounge is equipped for large groups with plenty of seating areas and tables.
There are seven bedrooms sleeping around fourteen people in total. There are five bath / shower rooms and three toilets. Two rooms have ensuite bath / shower rooms.
The chalet has free WI- FI internet and UK Sky TV , A large flat screen TV, XBOX 360 and a Multi media hard drive loaded up with 100's of films and TV shows. ( There's also a second large TV just for the XBOX)
There is a large storage area for skis and snowboards, a great sunny garden for end of season BBQ's and plenty of parking for your cars. We also have a new huge garden trampoline.
The price is 2800 euros per person for the winter season.
Rental dates - December 2012- April 2013 based on two sharing a room (2500 euros for 3 sharing a room) This price includes all bills.
Schedule of Payment -The conditions of payment will be as follows:
(1) 500 euros non-refundable booking deposit to secure the booking. (2) Remaining balance & 500 euros security deposit to be paid before 1st November 2012.
