Situated in the center of town above the famous Dixie Bar and next to the Rhodos bar and Bar Robinson (Mutzig) & 100 meters away from Mammas, the Fish & Chip / Pizza/ Noodle take away !!! There are 4 bedrooms, now sleeping a maximum of 14, large lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen. A new TV / games room with toilet. One shower room/ one bathroom/shower room/ shared toilet. This apartment is furnished and has the benefit of a basic SKY TV package and free WI-FI internet in the main living area. NO BILLS to pay at the end of the season. 4 sharing a room = €2300 per person 2 sharing a room = €2500 per person |

Chalet Tacot MorzineThe chalet is located in an amazing sunny position in Morzine. Tacot looks down onto Dixie’s, Rhodo’s and Bar Robinson. The large Carrefour supermarket is only a few minutes walk on from the bars. There is a free bus that passes the chalet to take you directly to Prodain for access to Avoriaz, Chatel and into Switzerland. If you get on the bus in the other direction you will shortly get to town centre and the Morzine - Les Gets ski lifts. The chalet has been used for many years for seasonaires and it set up ideally for winter rentals. There is a large open log fire and free standing log heater in the lounge. The large kitchen and separate lounge is equipped for large groups with plenty of seating areas and tables. There are seven bedrooms – sleeping around fourteen people in total. There are five bath / shower rooms and three toilets. Two rooms have ensuite bath / shower rooms. The chalet has free WI- FI internet and UK Sky TV, A large flat screen TV, XBOX and a Multi media hard drive loaded up with 100's of films and TV shows. Chalet Marmot MorzineThe chalet is located in an great position in the very centre of Morzine. The Marmotte is only a few mins walk from Dixie's, Rhodo's and Bar Robinsons and the large Carrefour supermarket. Super Morzine Bubble is a few mins walk in the other direction for access to Avoriaz or just head up through town to get to the Pleney lift. The chalet has been used for many years for seasonaires and it set up ideally for winter rentals. The chalet has free WI- FI internet and UK Sky TV , A large TV and XBOX, plenty of free parking and loads of communal living space, there is a massive lounge with two large sofa's, dining table and a small bar (no drink's provided), there is a separate kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Chatemerle Apartment Les GetsA one bedroom apartment in Les Gets, about a 10 min walk to town center. The bedroom has bunk beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a open plan lounge with kitchenette which has hob, small oven, fridge and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet and and a separate bathroom plus plenty of parking. The apartment is in a private block and is away from the main noise of town with truly stunning and awe inspiring views of Les Gets and the rolling mountains and ski runs opposite. €5500 for the whole winter season. |
