New to our property portfolio for winter 17/18 the Apartment Colombette 2 bedroom holiday apartment Morzine is a modern, spacious property offering home from home comfort, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Perfect for families or small groups for summer or winter holidays. It has 2 main bedrooms sleeping 4 people plus a restricted height mezzanine area that can sleep an additional 2 people should it need to.

Located on the 2nd (top) floor of a newly built, chalet style building comprising just 6 apartments the layout is comprised as follows:

Large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with spacious balconies and fabulous mountain views to both sides. 2 bedrooms located off the open plan living area, large bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a large mezzanine offering further sleeping arrangements and storage if required.

The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, large fridge/ freezer, nespresso coffee machine and a well thought out stock of utensils and cooking implements. Raclette and fondue sets are also provided should you wish to indulge in some local cuisine.

Large dining table with comfortable dining chairs to enjoy meals together. Located opposite large sliding doors to a balcony, you can sit and take in the view.

Cozy and comfortable lounge area, comprising 2 x sofas, armchair, log burner, flat-screen tv and dvd player. There is also access to one of the balconies from the lounge area.

The apartment also benefits from wifi and a good selection of  dvd’s and board games.

Bedroom 1: Sleeping 2 people in a king size bed. Ample built in storage and access to the balcony.

Bedroom 2: Sleeping 2 people in 2 x single beds with built in wardrobe

Bathroom: With bath, shower over the bath, sink with vanity unit and washing machine. Separate wc.

Mezzanine area: Accessed via steps from the lounge area, the mezzanine is located in the eves. If required there are 2 single beds to offer flexible sleeping arrangements.

The apartment has its own private cave located on the ground floor and is suitable for ski equipment and bike storage

Off road parking is provided in the private garage or off road car park

Location: The apartment building is in a quiet location, on a free ski bus route and approx a 20 minute walk into the town center. The nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk, and you also pass bars and restaurants on the walk into town. Please do note that the building is located on a steep hill and if driving in winter then snow chains or a 4×4 vehicle may be required.

Linen and towels are not included in the rental cost but can be provided for €12.50 per person.

A security deposit of £300 is required per booking

We are legally required to collect holiday stay tax of €0.75 per person, per night (applicable to persons aged 18 and over)

Beautiful well equipped apartment:  Nice apartment on 3rd floor. Thoughtfully decorated, well equipped with wood burning fireplace, good zize kitchen & bathroom. Private garage, very useful in case of snowfall.
